5487.66m2 and the second with smaller area equals 3253 m2.
Our project aims to create a vibrant and innovative commercial hub that
seamlessly combines retail spaces, offices facilities, and a stunning roof
top cafeteria. This modern and dynamic development will serve as a hub
for businesses, employees, and visitors, offering a unique and inspiring
environment for work, leisure, and social interaction.
Scope of Work:
Scope of works includes Structural design, analysis and Shop drawings of
the parking areas, gym, restaurants, administrative and commercial spaces.
